NDIS Orders

The Happy Giraffe can issue tax invoices for orders purchased through our website. 

We recommend seeking advice from your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager if you are unsure as to what you can purchase with your plan or what funds you have available.  

We are able to offer the following options to NDIS participants:

SELF-MANAGED:

Self-Managed Participants can use the invoice provided to claim directly from the NDIS themselves. 

On placing your order, please add the participants name and NDIS number and we will provide you with a specific tax invoice to submit for your claim.

Once the payment has come through, we will send the items out immediately.

NOTE: If you prefer to pay upfront using our payment options and then submit your invoice to NDIS for reimbursement, we will send your order out immediately.

* If you add the participants name and NDIS number at the check-out, it will be shown on the invoice.

1. You can order on our website and pay upfront using our payment options. Then you can submit the invoice receipt to NDIS yourself. 

As we receive payment upfront, we will send the items out immediately.  

* Please make sure you put the NDIS participant's full name & NDIS number in the notes section at Checkout so they are visible on your tax receipt.

2. A Pay Later Option 

  • Select the NDIS Self Managed Payment Method at checkout. This gives you a PAY LATER option, allowing you to draw down first.
  • Include the Participant's Name and NDIS number in the comments section.
  • You will be emailed a PDF link to your Invoice which includes payment details. YOU can then upload the invoice to the portal to draw funds down first. If not received directly to your inbox, try checking all mail or spam folder. 
  • Once you receive the funds you pay us directly. Our invoice includes the payment details for you. We would love you to send us an email advising payment has been made including your order number & or name on invoice. 
  • As soon as payment is received, we will post the order to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.  

 

If you are Plan Managed, your Plan Manager can pay us directly for your order.

Select your products and head to your cart before checkout.

  • In the NOTES section, please include the Participant's Name and NDIS number. If you would like us to send your invoice directly to your Plan Manager, please include their email address and phone number also.
  • At Checkout, select the alternate payment method "NDIS Plan Managed" -this will allow you to 'checkout' without payment.   
  • You will be emailed a PDF link to the invoice which includes payment details for you to forward to your plan manager for payment (if you prefer to send it to them yourself). If the email is not received directly to your inbox, please try checking your spam folder. 
  • As soon as payment is received, we will post the order to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.  

 If you are NDIA Managed: 

We are not currently a registered provider.
